AZAMI Sports Mental Training

"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.” Vince Lombardi

We believe that sport psychology is a science of success. It’s been proven that among athletes of equal abilities, those who undergo mental training outperform those who don’t almost every time. However, mental skills, just like physical skills, need continuous practice. AZAMI Sports Mental Training involves working on motivation, goal setting, visualisation, anxiety control, focus, confidence, belief, positive expectations, coping techniques, dealing with and coming back from injuries and many others and is designed for both teams and individuals.

Moreover, mental training isn’t intended exclusively for elite athletes. People of all ages and levels taking part in physical activity can benefit from it, from your neighbourhood softball team all the way to Olympic level athletes.

We believe that performing arts, coaching, business and many other professions as well as everyday life require and can greatly benefit from mental skills development, therefore performance psychology isn’t solely for sports. We would like to invite everyone who wants to take advantage of mental training to contact us.

Most Fortune 500 companies now use psychologists and mental trainers for their executives and managers to improve their business acumen and productivity.

Urszula is both highly educated and experienced in the psychology of sports and performance. She has worked with athletes and teams from a variety of sports including volleyball, soccer, running, swimming and skiing. She works in team and individual settings.

“I am a great believer in the importance of the mental aspects in both sport and other performance settings. It is usually the mind that determines the winner, which is why working on mental skills is so exciting for me.”
